Shipping + Returns


We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for Shipping in Canada, $20.00 for shipping to the United States and $30.00 shipping internationally. The international flat rate fee does not include duties, this will be calculated based on provider and currier. Purchases over $75+ will qualify for free shipping in Canada. 

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. This means, any duties and taxes on your international shipment will be billed directly to you by the global carrier.  

 All orders are processed and shipped from our Delta office in 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.

Return Policy 

Due to Covid-19 we have had to re-establish our return policies to comply with the health and safety of staff. Unfortunately we will not be accepting any returns. 

This being said, we want to ensure that the happiness of Arch clients is always met. We offer free exchange of any damaged products, or any product that is not up to the Arch standard. We will send over a new product and cover shipping costs, we will not be accepting any returns due to Covid-19.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded. However we will replace any damaged products during shipping with the notice of photographic evidence. Once received our team will be in contact with you to ensure you receive the credit for the balance paid for the product. 


  • Time - Customer has up to 30 days after arrival of product to request a refund
  • Method of refund - to the same form of payment used, please allow a few days for the transaction to return to your card. 
  • Product condition - if product is damaged, photo evidence is required. Please email for any issues surrounding damaged product. 
  • Refund contact info - User can initiate refund by emailing with the photo evidence, employee will be in contact within 24 hours of inquiry.
  • No Charges for refunds - User will not have to pay return shipping, as we do not accept return due to the nature of our products and Covid-19. This is to ensure we are maintaining the safety of our staff. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photo evidence and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
